Privacy & data collection
Lilith & Psyche, operated by Freya, collects only the information needed to calculate, prepare, deliver and support the services you request. This notice explains what is kept and the choices you have.
Information collected
Depending on the service, this may include your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, date, time and place of birth, questions or areas of focus, account username, order history, payment provider reference and your consent choices. Lilith & Psyche does not store your card or bank-account details.
Why it is used
The information is used to calculate and email requested results, prepare and deliver personalised reports or readings, match and support payments, keep service and consent records, prevent abuse and respond to your questions. Service follow-ups are limited to the report, reading, booking or product you requested.
Marketing is a separate choice
Ordering a service or emailing calculator results does not subscribe you to marketing. Astrological updates, offers, free books and promotional content are sent only when you select the separate marketing checkbox. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and service providers
Client identity and birth details are held in restricted private tables in the Lilith & Psyche Supabase project, whose primary database is configured in the Sydney region. The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Email and payment delivery may involve Resend, Stripe or PayPal. These providers may process limited information in other countries under their own privacy and security terms.
Service emails
Report order details are emailed to Freya when submitted. After a payment is verified, the receipt is emailed automatically to the purchaser with a copy to Freya. Calculator results and other service emails may be held as private drafts for Freya to review before sending. Manually written correspondence is handled directly by Freya.
Security and retention
Access controls, private database schemas and limited-purpose service pathways are used to protect client information. Records are kept only while needed to provide and support the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and maintain consent history. Payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies.
Your choices and access
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw an optional consent, or ask for information to be deleted where it is no longer legally or operationally required. The services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
