About me
Hi, I'm Freya Marchetti, the astrologer and tarot reader behind Lilith & Psyche. I have been reading professionally for more than eight years.
I was drawn to astrology because it gave me a precise language for patterns I could feel long before I could explain them. Over time, that fascination developed into a consultation practice centred on self-knowledge, shadow work and the choices people can make once an unconscious pattern becomes visible.
I am also a psychology student, with a particular interest in personality, attachment, grief, coping, meaning-making and how people change. I keep psychology and astrology distinct: a birth chart is not a clinical assessment, and I do not use astrology to diagnose mental health conditions. My studies instead shape how I listen, communicate carefully and turn symbolic insight into questions and tools a client can genuinely work with.
My style is direct, compassionate and collaborative. I will not reduce your life to a chart stereotype or tell you that one placement has doomed you. I want you to leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and something practical to reflect on after the reading ends.
Why this name
About Lilith & Psyche
Lilith represents what has been exiled, shamed or forced into the dark. Psyche speaks to the soul, the mind and the long process of becoming conscious.
Together, they describe the purpose of the practice: to meet the shadow honestly, understand the deeper pattern and decide what to do with that knowledge. Integration is not about acting on every impulse. It is about recognising what has been split off, giving it a responsible form and reclaiming the energy trapped inside it.
Lilith & Psyche was created for people moving through crisis, grief, loss, relationship patterns, identity shifts or the feeling that an old way of coping no longer works. The work can also support people who are simply curious about their chart and want a deeper, less generic interpretation.
The practice offers astrology consultations, tarot and oracle readings, personalised reports and free educational tools. The aim is not to predict every event. It is to make the pattern visible, return you to your own agency and help you work with the parts of yourself that are easiest to avoid.
